The weather forecast says a little drama between 4:15 PM and 5:20 PM, but don’t worry — we’ve got unstoppable energy and determination.

🍸 Happy Hour / Mixer @ 5:30 PM We’re starting the night indoors at 5120 Westgrove. Come thirsty and ready to mingle — bring your fave drink and your funniest story. Bonus points for embarrassing dance moves.

🔥 Food & Fun @ 6:30 PM Once the clouds move out, we’re taking the party outside for music and grilling. If Mother Nature’s feeling moody, the vibes stay alive inside — same beats, same eats, just with a roof!

💃 Rain? Shine? Doesn’t matter. This party’s rolling either way. We will not be defeated. We will dance. 🎶🌈

    So glad that the rain passed by quickly so the party could go on at the pool. Enjoyed the eats too! The live music was a treat. It was nice to relax and visit with my neighbors. Thanks LOBT Board, Julie, Kristin for hosting such a fun event.

The Association has reached out to Bent Tree Country Club to open discussion on preserving the 6th hole lake. Anyone who is an LBT owner and  member of the Bent Tree country club is encourage to join this committee. The Lake is the most enjoyed feature of the community. And it is estimated that at least 30% of the property values are tied to the lake views. Working with Bent Tree to preserve the lake and maintain cleanliness benefits everyone.
