Reminder: Annual Meeting December 29, 2025

December 29, 7:00 - 8:30 PM, online meeting. Register to attend here: lakesofbenttree.com/news-events You can log in from Zoom or from the blue logo below. The meeting will review progress from 2025 and include an open discussion of plans for 2026.

Vote: Voting will be held online for 10 days following the meeting so that all owners can participate. One board term expires (J. Dickey). Nominations should be sent to board prior to the December 30, 2025.

A bit of community trivia... Once again, Lexus has surpassed Mercedes as the most popular vehicle brand at Lakes of Bent Tree. Audi, BMW, and Toyota round out the top five. The top 5 represent 45% of the vehicles in the community. The Association asks residents to register their vehicles for gate access and for safety reasons. Having the ability to distinguish resident vehicles from other vehicles is very helpful when tracking down suspicious events or concerns reported by residents.
