Help Ensure You Receive HOA Communications
Unfortunately, newly deployed servers are often subjected to aggressive filtering and blocking by major email providers as part of broader anti-spam protections. While these safeguards help reduce unwanted email, they can also result in legitimate HOA communications being incorrectly filtered into spam or junk folders. It's not like the odl days where anyone can sucessfully send an email to 100 people.
To help ensure you continue receiving Association notices, newsletters, and updates, all owners are asked to take the following steps:
1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Please check whether today’s HOA newsletter (May 6, 2026) was delivered to your spam or junk folder. If it was, mark it as “Not Spam” and move it to your inbox.
This helps train your email provider to recognize future HOA emails as legitimate.
2. Add HOA Email Addresses to Your Contacts / Address Book
- hoa-news@lakesofbenttree.org
- notice@lakesofbenttree.org
- board@lakesofbenttree.org
Adding these addresses significantly reduces the likelihood that future communications will be blocked or filtered.
