Annual Animal Record Update Drive

Most of us enjoy seeing dogs being walked through the community, cats watching from windows, and neighbors enjoying the companionship of their animals. Domesticated (and wild) animals are a part of daily life at Lakes of Bent Tree.

The Association is asking, once again, for all owners and residents to complete their annual animal records update, as required by the governing documents. You can connect to the form here.

Registration is about responsible ownership. If your animal is properly registered, there is a clear record that you comply with community and City of Dallas requirements. This can help avoid confusion later, especially if questions are raised by another resident. It also helps distinguish responsible owners who follow the process from situations involving unregistered or undisclosed animals.

What Should Be Updated

• Rabies Vaccination
• Local emergency contact (should you not be available)
• Veterinary Contact Information
• Proof of Liability Insurance
