Paying March Assessments
Lakes of Bent Tree has its owner ledgers and online payment system up and ready for use. As can be seen from the sample above, owners now have access to their charge and payment history via the Yardi Condo Cafe' Accounting System. Instructions on how to set up your account are outlined below.Click here to register:
- Email Address: Your account is linked to your email address previously on file with the Association. If it says the email address entered is invalid and you have multiple addresses on file with LoBT, use the other address.
- Name: Your account is linked to your name as previously on file with the Association. If it says your name is invalid, alter it (e.g., Mike vs Michael).
- Email Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation link by email. Click that link to confirm. If you don’t see the email in 10 minutes, check your junk email folder.
IMPORTANT: Monthly paper invoices will no longer be sent to owners. Please visit your online ledger to see what you owe and to pay. Changes in the assessment rates, special assessments, and fines will be announced by email.

ReplyDeleteWhen you register it's necessary that you use the exact name and email that are on your security profile. In your case, your last name was listed as Moss MD. This is the most common failure. If anyone experiences this, please call Renee at (972) 243-2175. She can tell you what name and email are on file and correct it if necessary.
DeleteThe links on the SNL site do not work for LoBT. Not sure why. We have our own dedicated link which is in this post and also accessible using the buttons at the top of our blog.

ReplyDeleteThese accounts are set up for each address, not each owner. So yes, the email can be changed, but no, you can't each have a Yardi Account for 5120 Westgrove. You have to share. :-)

ReplyDeleteIf you were successful getting to your ledger during the pilot testing, you are registered.
DeleteIs Yardi Owner's account the same as a CondoCafe account ?
ReplyDeleteYes, Yardi is the company. Condo Cafe' is the name of their software product.
